Walking and LingQing to stave off dementia

It seems that walking at least 10 km a week can prevent your brain from shrinking in old age. It also appears that speaking another language, or even trying to learn another language can prolong your life and reduce the likelihood of Alzheimer’s.

Now these findings will undoubtedly be challenged as insufficiently well researched, but why quibble. Get out your MP3 player, get LingQing and get walking (or running).
